Before you book
Will my skis fit in the vehicle?
Ski equipment is part of the calculation. You tell us how many pairs of skis or snowboards you have, and we only offer vehicles whose real configuration takes them alongside your luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks the flight number you gave us. The pick-up time follows your actual landing time, and waiting time is included.
Is the vehicle shared with other customers?
Never. That is the whole point of the service: the vehicle is yours alone, whatever the number of passengers.
Do you provide child seats?
Baby seats and boosters are available on request when you book — just give us each child’s age. Every seat takes up a passenger seat, and the capacity calculation allows for that.
Can I book for a group of more than 21?
Yes, as a convoy coordinated by our operations team. Beyond a single vehicle’s capacity we quote the group directly rather than showing an automatic price.
