Arriving by rail is not arriving by air. You do not collect your bags from a belt: you lift them down from the train, onto a platform, with your ski equipment, often at the same moment as several hundred other travellers. The drive that follows is short. What really counts happens between the platform and the vehicle.

A station for an entire valley

Its official title is Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains. That name tells you what matters: this station does not serve one resort, it serves the Tarentaise. Passengers stepping off then disperse to all its valleys — Saint-Bon, Les Allues, the Belleville. On a winter Saturday the forecourt therefore absorbs in minutes what several trains have just delivered.

Our job is not to leave a vehicle waiting on that forecourt for an hour. It is to be there at the right moment, and to tell you exactly where. That is the one thing that genuinely changes a rail arrival.

A short final leg, but not a trivial one

Courchevel forms its own commune and occupies the Saint-Bon valley. Even on a short drive, the name covers several stepped levels, and going to the wrong one is a large share of the total time. The full address is therefore at least as useful here as on a long run — more so, in fact.

If your train runs late

Send us your train number when you book. A delay moves the pick-up: the vehicle is reserved for you and does not leave without you.

Preparing luggage and your Courchevel address

Specify your drop-off village — Courchevel 1850, Moriond, Village, Le Praz or La Tania — and the name and address of your accommodation. At Moûtiers station, allow time to leave the train with your belongings and reach the meeting point communicated for your pickup.

Count suitcases and ski or snowboard bags separately, and include any child-seat requirements. Passenger numbers alone do not determine the space needed for equipment. For the return, provide the train departure time and the exact pickup address.
