The position today
A visitor browsing this site without logging in receives no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no social network cookie. That is not a statement of intent: it is a verifiable consequence of the code. No measurement identifier is configured, so no measurement script is loaded, so no tracker can be set.
It is also why this site shows no consent banner. A banner that governs no tracker protects nobody: it gives the appearance of compliance without the substance. A consent mechanism will be put in place before, not after, any measurement tool is switched on.

Typefaces
The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google’s font service. As with any network request, that request passes your browser’s IP address to the service delivering the file. It sets no cookie and is used for no tracking. This point is being reviewed as part of the consent work.
Refusing cookies
Since no consent-based tracker is set, there is nothing to refuse today. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies in any event: the site remains fully readable and the forms remain usable.
