Méribel is not a commune of its own: it belongs to the commune of Les Allues, and occupies the Allues valley — the middle one, between Saint-Bon to the east and the Belleville valley to the west. That central position is why Méribel is so often chosen by groups whose members ski at different levels: it is the point in the area from which the other two valleys are easiest to reach.
For a transfer, being central shortens nothing by itself. What it does change is the geography of your arrival address: the Allues valley is long, and the hamlets along it are not all reached the same way or in the same place.
The address matters more than the resort name
“Méribel” on its own is not enough to prepare an arrival. The name covers several sectors spread along the valley at different altitudes. We ask for the full address at booking because it determines the approach, the timing and sometimes the vehicle.
From Geneva
Your meeting point depends on the arrival terminal and sector. Provide your flight number and check your transfer meeting instructions before leaving the terminal.
Preparing your Geneva to Méribel transfer
Give the name of your accommodation and its full address, including the sector: Les Allues, Méribel Village, Méribel Centre or Mottaret. These are different pickup and drop-off points. If several members of your party are staying at different addresses, list them before the transfer is confirmed.
At Geneva Airport, keep your flight number and meeting instructions available. Allow time for baggage reclaim, including any separate collection of ski equipment, and keep your phone reachable. Tell us the number of suitcases and ski or snowboard bags as well as the passenger count; child seats and bulky items also need to be specified.
Returning from Méribel or arriving by train
Book the return using your accommodation address and flight departure time. The time needed to leave the property, load the vehicle and reach the airport should be planned together, especially on winter changeover days.

Should I specify Méribel-Mottaret or Méribel Village?
Yes. Méribel covers several areas, so the resort name alone is not enough to arrange the drop-off. Include the area, hotel or residence, and complete address.
Can our ski bags and suitcases travel with us?
Give the number and size of bags together with the full passenger count. Capacity depends on the seating configuration and actual volume; the photos show examples, not a guaranteed load for every booking.
Will we share the vehicle with other travellers?
A private transfer reserves the vehicle for your party. If more than one vehicle is needed, provide passenger numbers, luggage and arrival times so the arrangement can be planned.
